Index of Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) capturing significant design decisions, their context, and consequences.

WHY

ADRs preserve the reasoning behind architectural choices so future contributors understand constraints and trade-offs without re-discovering them.

HOW

Format

Each ADR follows the structure:

  1. Title — Short descriptive name
  2. Status — Proposed Accepted Deprecated Superseded
  3. Context — What prompted the decision
  4. Decision — What was decided
  5. Consequences — Trade-offs and implications

Naming Convention

NNN-short_description.md

Example: 001-modular_command_dispatcher.md
